| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生的就业问题不仅是学生个人问题,它涉及到千家万户的切身利益,关系到众多家庭的和谐与幸福,可以上升到民生和社会发展与稳定的高度。应在经济发展方式和调整经济结构新形势下提高认识,建立大学生就业长效机制,增强毕业生就业竞争力,从而引起社会各界重视,有效缓解大学生就业压力。

| Abstract: | The employment of college graduates are not only students' personal problems,it relates to the vital interests of millions of households,and relationship to the harmony and happiness of many families,and can arise the height of the people's livelihood and social development and stability.To improve the understanding of the mode of economic development and the adjustment of economic structure under the new situation,that the establishment of long-term mechanism of employment of university students,enhancing the competitiveness of graduate employment,causing the attention of the community,and effectively alleviate the pressure on employment of university students is important. |
