| Abstract: | To perfect fire law enforcement supervision mechanism is an important means of constraint the fire enforcement powers running.Henan Province recently tried to carry out a fire law enforcement responsibility auditing system,innovating and developing the working mechanism of fire law supervision.Herein,the article,from the origin and development of the system,system concept and system contents to the practice effect,profiles the system to benefit the construction for the standardization of fire law enforcement and law enforcement independent. |
