摘    要:知识型员工是企业得以持续高效运营的人力资本,对知识型员工进行合理有效的职业生涯规划是留住员工的一项重要举措。胜任力在人力资源活动中已有一些应用,从胜任力视角探讨知识型员工的职业生涯规划问题,以期对正在开展或将要开展这项活动中的企业有所启示。

Abstract:The knowledge worker is the enterprise's human capital to keep highly efficiency operation,and carrying on the reasonable effective career planning for the knowledge worker is a wise measure to retain the employees.Competence has been applied to the human resource activities partly.This research on career planning of the knowledge worker based on the competence may give the enterprises which are under way or will carry out this activity some enlightenment.
