| 摘 要： | 公平与效率是构成社会主义和谐社会的两块基石。在社会主义制度下,效率与公平协调发展,替代"效率优先、兼顾公平"的增长理念,是经济制度与其相应的分配制度的耦合。公平与效率的优先性问题、耦合问题不仅是一个理论问题,而且是一个实践问题。

| Abstract: | Fairness and efficiency is constituted of harmonious society of socialism two cornerstone.Under the socialist system,coordinated development of efficiency and fairness,alternatived "efficiency comes first,consideration to fairness" growth idea is the economic system and its corresponding distribution system coupling.Fairness and efficiency of the priority problem,coupling problem is not only a theory problem,but also a practical problem. |
