随着我国工业化和城镇化进程的加速,失地农民正在成为一支新兴的"弱势群体",由于立法、制度、政府和农民自身的原因,其权益得不到应有的保障。因此,应从加强立法、完善制度、转变政府角色以及提高农民自身素质等着手,切实保障失地农民的权益。

A Comprehensive Research on Interest Loss and Safeguarding Mechanism for Land-losing Farmers in Contemporary Urbanization Process

Along with our speeding industrialization and urbanization in this country,Lost-landed Farmers are becoming a more and more disadvantaged group.In addition,various reasons will result in a lack-in-benefit mechanism,ranging from our legislation,institution,government,management to farmers themselves,all of which cannot secure their rights and interests in a preliminary way.Consequently,we should develop our legislation system,perfect our management rules,transform the role government has played as well improve farmers' aptitudes to some degree with an aim to safeguard rights and benefits of landless peasants from a cogent perspective.
