| 摘 要： | 近20年来,服务型政府建设先后经历了个别地方自主探索、其他地方效仿建设和中央大力推动建设三个阶段。而经过多年探索,尽管依然任重道远,但不可否认,当前服务型政府建设已取得了较为显著的实践成效,同时也积累了一些值得总结的宝贵经验。
