| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济的时代,各方面的竞争最终归结为人力资源的竞争。在高校的人力资源管理中,应具有现代视野,即管理理念应该由以事为本向以人为本转换;在具体的管理中给教职员工营造一个相对宽松的管理环境,并适当引入奖惩机制,从而为高校人力资源的管理创造一个新的局面

| Abstract: | As the 21 st century is an epoch of knowledge and economy, the competition finally converge on the competition of the human resource. So we should cultivate the modern view on the human resource management in colleges and universities, i.e. the management idea should change from the center on the thing to the center on the human. Furthermore, a relatively comfortable environment and the system of rewards and punishment are necessary. All above countermeasures can help to improve the management of human resource in colleges and universities. |
