| 摘 要： | 在服务业取代制造业成为国际直接投资主流的背景下,分析研究影响服务业FD I流向的决定因素,扩大服务业FD I,对我国产业结构及其经济发展意义重大。本文利用多元回归模型,依据1998年至2007年10年间的数据,分析了我国服务业利用国际直接投资的影响因素。经过对于模型的多次修正,最终得出,决定国外直接投资（FD I）投向我国服务业的主要因素有：市场规模、服务业市场开放度、劳动力成本、人力资本以及东道国政策等。
