| 摘 要： | 劳务输出是解决民族地区剩余劳动力就业、增加收入的一条重要途径,对民族地区的经济发展有着积极的意义。但是民族地区的民众由于其文化水平较低、劳动技能较差,再加上不同的生活习俗和浓厚的宗教信仰等,制约了该地区劳务输出的顺利进行。在对卓尼县劳动力资源现状进行调研的基础上,总结了该地区劳务输出存在的问题,并提出了应对之策。

| Abstract: | Labor export is an important way to increase income and get extra labor force employed.It has far reaching effect on the economic development in regions of minority nationalities.However,the lack of knowledge and work skills,and the traditions and religious belief of minority nationalities have prevented in some way the smooth going of labor export.In this paper,we probed into the status quo of human resources in Zhuoni County,Gansu Province,summarizing the problems in its export of labor services and putting forward corresponding solutions. |
