| 摘 要： | 水观念是传统水文化的重要内容,在我国几千年的水文化发展过程中,形成了诸如水润万物、水清洁、水崇拜、水为财、水含德等传统的水观念,这些传统水观念深刻影响着人们的用水行为。建设节水型社会,除了开发节水技术、建立节水方面的法律法规之外,还需要教育引导广大群众改变水观念,养成自觉节约用水的习惯。

| Abstract: | Water ideas are the important part of traditional water culture and in the development process of water culture they form many viewpoints such as water moisture,water purity,water worship,water treasure,and water morality,which have great impact on water-using acts of the public.To construct water-saving society,it is necessary to develop water-saving techniques and set up watersaving law and regulation.Moreover,it is compulsory to instruct the masses to change water ideas and be accustomed to economizing on water. |
