浅议会员卡销售模式及其监管

摘    要:伴随我国市场经济的发展,会员卡作为一种新型的销售模式在商业生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。会员卡能够吸引更多的消费者,有利于经营者较快地回收资金,扩大经营。但是,由于相关法律法规的不健全、市场信息的不对称等原因,会员卡销售模式引发了一系列问题,在一定程度上严重损害了消费者的正当权益,并且扰乱了公平、自由的市场秩序。因此,需要尽快完善相关的法律法规,进一步加强对会员卡消费模式的监管力度。

Abstract:With the development of our country's market economy,member cards,as a new type of trade,play a more and more important role in business life.They can help to attract the consumers and help the manager reclaim his fund more quickly.But owing to the inadequate legislation and asymmetric market information,a series of problems arose in member card market.These problems threaten the consumer's interests to some extent and disturb the market's order which was once fair and free.Therefore,we should improve relevant legislation and strengthen the supervision of member cards as soon as possible.
