基于马克思再生产理论视角的“三农”问题探究

本文借鉴马克思扩大再生产理论所揭示的社会生产两大部类之间的平衡关系,把我国农业、农村、农民＂三农＂界定为农村部门,把工业、城镇、城镇居民视为城镇部门,把＂三农＂问题抽象为农村、城镇两大部门的交换与发展过程。改革开放以来,农村与城镇部门之间的差距不断扩大,其原因是城镇与农村两部类再生产失衡的结果。所以,把传统意义上的农村部门改造为农业加上轻工业的第二部类是解决＂三农＂问题的新思路。

Research on Issues Concerning Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers based on Marx' Reproduction Theory

By referring to the Marx＇s reproduction theory which reveals the balanced relationship between the two sectors in social production,the author of this essay classifies＂agriculture,countryside and farmers＂ as the rural sector and ＂industry,urban area and urban residents＂ as the urban sector,and considers the problem of ＂agriculture,countryside and farmers＂ to be a process of exchanging and developing of the two sectors——countryside and urban area.Since our reform and opening up,the rural-urban gap has grown widened,which,according to the author,is the consequence of the imbalance between the above two sectors.Accordingly,to restyle the traditional agriculture sector into a second sector including agriculture and light industry can be a new key to the issues concerning ＂agriculture,countryside and farmers＂.
