| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的基本内涵凝练了唯物辩证法和唯物史观的哲学精华,是马克思主义世界观与方法论的集中体现。科学发展观提出的全面、协调、可持续的基本要求和统筹兼顾的根本方法,是彰扬唯物辩证法的发展观。科学发展观提出的以人为本的价值取向,是凸显唯物史观的发展观。
