| Abstract: | The construction of a cultural power is closely related to the happiness of people,since it drives the sustainable and healthy development of economy and lays a solid material basis for people’s happiness;it constructs the common spiritual home of the nationality and builds a strong fortress for people’s happiness;it enriches the spiritual life of the individuals and gestates the fertile soil for people’s happiness;it awakens the creative vitality of the nation and sets a key foothold for people’s happiness.As a consequence,solidly implementing the construction of a cultural power can help people knock open the door to happiness. |
