| 摘 要： | 传统民本思想深刻影响了历代统治者的治国理念,对缓和阶级矛盾,促进社会和谐发展和政治形态的稳定产生了巨大影响。但由于阶级和历史的局限性,古代思想家的民本思想其工具本位的价值取向及道德本位的实现途径,是其不可克服的内在缺陷。马克思主义群众史观超越、提升了传统民本思想,使其实现了从"英雄创造历史"到"人民创造历史"、从"民贵君轻"到"人民民主"",从"为政以德"到"依法治官和以德治官相结合"的现代政治文明的转变。

| Abstract: | The traditional people-oriented thoughts had profound influences on governing ideas of the feudal rulers in the past dynasties.For example,they eased class contradictions,promoted the harmonious development of the feudal society and the stability of the political form.However,due to the class and historical limitations,these thoughts exposed some noticeable inherent defects.As a contrast,the Marxist viewpoint on mass surpasses and promotes them,helping achieve the political and civilizational transformation from＂The history is created by heroes＂to＂The history is created by the people＂;from＂People are more important than the rulers＂to＂people democracy＂;and from＂governing by means of virtue＂to＂governing the officers by the combination of law and virtue＂. |
