| 摘 要： | 在全球新冠疫情、区域性战争或政治冲突形势下，世界主要国家将政策关注点不约而同集中于重塑产业供应链上。公司法是一种政策法，不同于民法典，是具备权能构型中的法律静态准则和动态补充机制的法律。因此根据经济安全一系列企业政策和供应链 “固链” 政策，围绕公司之间的内外合作以及延伸问题，研究股东、董事与公司的关系等法律问题，从而发展出公司法律的一系列优化规则，有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | In the event of a global epidemic, regional war, or political conflict, major countries in the world shift their focus to reshaping the industrial supply chain. A company law is a type of policy law, which is different from The Civil Code. There are legal static norms and dynamic supplementary mechanisms in the power structure. Therefore, according to enterprise policies on economic security and the “fixed chain” policy of supply chain, to study the legal issues such as the relationships between shareholders, directors, and the company concerned with internal and external cooperation and extensive problems among companies will shed some light on optimizing the rules of company law. |
