| 摘 要： | 领导职能作为管理职能的一个维度,主要包含激励以及沟通两个方面,并在高校学术管理中扮演着重要的角色。本文从实证的角度,通过分析高校学术管理活动中激励和沟通方面存在的不足,提出相应的政策建议,以促进高校学术管理水平进一步提升。

| Abstract: | As an essential part in academic management activities,leadership function includes two aspects: incentive and communication,which plays an important role in the management of universities' academy.In this paper, the authors analyze empirically the weak point in the universities and communication of academic management,and put forward some constructive countermeasures for promoting incentive academic activities. |
