| 摘 要： | 对高校学科建设中学科岗位设置,学科梯队成员的选拔、考核与培养,学科团队建设等问题进行了探讨.提出科学设置学科岗位可以增强学科带头人的责任意识,有利于学科建设目标的实现;学科梯队成员要通过竞争产生,要建立考核指标,按期对梯队成员进行考核,实现公平竞争、滚动发展;要把自身培养学科带头人与引进学科带头人结合起来;要加强学科团队建设和学科文化建设.
