| Abstract: | Although they are often mentioned and used in many economics articles these years, the real signification of network externality, network effect and other correlative concepts are not stated clearly and some misunderstandings still exist. The article analyzes the meaning of network externality. At the same time, the paper discusses the Correlative Conception and mechanism, which establishes the basis of further study on the theory of network externality. |
