摘    要:应对教育是伴随应对研究的兴起而兴起的心理健康教育活动.文章通过对高校学生心理问题的成因、应对方式和应对资源的反思,提出在高校开展和加强以丰富学生的应对知识、完善其应对策略和应对技能、建立健全和完善应对资源为内容的应对教育是有其现实指导意义的.

Abstract:Respond-to-education is an activity of psychological health education arising with the rise of the respond-to-research. The paper, by reviewing causes of psychological problems of university students, how to respond to such problems and what resources are used, puts forth that respond-to-education of enriching relative knowledge in universities, improving strategy and skills, setting up and perfecting resources is of realistic meaning of guidance.
