倾斜的象牙之塔——前期创造社、前期新月派文艺思想的悖论

前期创造社与前期新月派既有所侧重地对西方唯美主义思想进行了吸纳，又以开放性的思维和视野，融合了西方其他文艺思想和中国古典文论的某些特质。因而，他们的理论与创作呈示出一种相同的复杂性：既反对文学的功利目的，又重视文学的功利效果；既拒斥现实，又认同现实的真实性。这种文艺思想的复杂性，不仅丰富和发展了“五四”文学的审美形态，而且对即将跨入新世纪的中国文学具有极大的启示作用。

Paradox in early Creation Society's and New Moon School's literary theory

The Creation Society and the New Moon School at their early stage had similar complication in their literary theories and works. They were opposed to the utilitarian purpose of literature, but thought highly of its utilitarian effect; they rejected reality, but approved of the factuality of reality.
