The bus operating models have been changed in most cities of China.According to the degree of market-oriented reform,it can be aggregated at different models,just as operating in a group,pluralism competition,privatization,franchising,and so on.Although Jinan does well in bus operation,but it's still in the traditonal pattern.So the reform models should be chosen,and the defects also should be avoided during the reformation.
