企业培训市场的思考与对策

摘    要:当今时代是知识经济时代,市场的竞争是人才的竞争。企业要发展就必须强化员工培训,这一点已得到了众人共识。企业的培训市场需求极大,但缺乏规范,培训实效低,培训方法单一,企业领导认识不足。对此,文章提出政府应完善制度,规范市场,增强企业提高培训的认识,建立培训基地,严格培训资格审查。建议培训机构应满足企业的个性化需求,并采用多种培训方法并重,提高培训实效。

Abstract:Today is the age of a knowledge economy.the competition for talent is competition. The enterprise that wants to develop must enhance their staff training methods This is a well-known factor.The market of enterprise training is very large.But it lacks the norm.So training effectiveness is low, training method is unitary and cognition of the enterprises' leader is limited.So the writer suggests that the goverment should improve the system,strengthen the market,enhance the cognition of an enterprise's training,establish training bases and censor the qualifications for training.It is important that the training fuifill the enterprise needs for individualism.In improving training effectiveness,the methods used must have a variety of techniques.
