| Abstract: | In Heilongjiang, soil erosion, persistent decline of water level of the Songhua River basin, expanding desertification, and further shrinkage in the size of wet land-all these serious statuses of land resource are looming up. So we must take efficient measures to gradually optimize the surface vegetative cover and ensure the security of environment and resources, enhancing the apprehensive awareness of environmental protection. |
