| 摘 要： | 在发达国家中,日本实行的是消极的贸易救济制度。日本一方面成为其他国家贸易救济措施的主要对象国,另一方面却几乎不对他国实行贸易救济措施。因此,与中国对欧美贸易有所不同,中国的对日贸易迄今为止受到日本贸易救济制度影响比较小。但是,最近日本对韩国进口的D-RAM实行了反补贴措施,以此为契机,日本开始出现向积极的贸易救济制度转变的动向。这一转变必将对中国的对日贸易产生影响。我国政府和企业必须对此有所准备,加强对策。
