论马克思制度变迁与社会发展理论模式

马克思在探索人类社会制度发展演进的规律和机制时，逐步形成了其制度变迁理论。制度起源于人类的分工与交往，推动制度变迁的主体是一定社会关系下的人，制度变迁的动力是生产力与生产关系的矛盾运动及一定社会关系下人们的物质利益冲突；意识形态作为制度变迁的共有信念，预设了制度变迁的路径，保证了制度的合法性。制度变迁的方式是质变与量变、渐进式与激进式的统一。
