| 摘 要： | 通过大量调研发现,南京市的住房租赁市场既有其多元化的一面,也有其不完善的一面。前者主要体现为求租群体的多样性、房源分布的广泛性和房型选择的多元性,后者则体现为信息占有的不充分、租赁价位的不合理和房源供给的不宽裕,而这些可以通过住房租赁公司的成立和廉租住宅的建设来加以完善。

| Abstract: | Based on a great deal of surveys,it is revealed that the residential leasing market in Nanjing has its diversity in groups of tenants,housing resources and housing types,but the market also shows its faultiness in the information,rent and provision.These can be improved through the establishment of leasing company and the construction of low-rent housing. |
