| 摘 要： | 本文从三个不同的方面对中小企业存在的机理作了深层次的探讨,一是运用制度经济学理论分析了企业组织形式的变化趋势,即企业小型化成为一种潮流;二是运用规模经济理论分析了中小企业赖以存在的优势;三是运用实证研究的方法论证了中小企业存在和发展的轨迹.

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to probe into the causes for the survival of small-and medium-sized enterprises from three different aspects. First, the theories of System Economics have been employed to analyze the changing tendency of enterprise forms. Second, the theories of largescale production have been employed to inquire into the advantages on which small-and mediumsized enterprises have depended for their survival. Third, by using authentic proofs, the paper has demonstrated the tracks along which small-and medium-sized enterprises have survived and developed. |
