| 摘 要： | 现代西方经济学中收入分配的"公平观"可分为功利主义的公平观、古典自由主义公平观和罗尔斯主义公平观等三大类。这三种观点依据不同的哲学思想,从不同的视角去分析和把握"收入分配公平"的实质。功利主义着眼于分配结果,它的公平观具有强烈的平均主义色彩;古典自由主义者从分配起点入手,认为收入分配公平的实质就是法律面前的平等和机会公平;罗尔斯主义的分配公平思想同时重视了分配起点和分配结果,但首先强调的是结果公平。

| Abstract: | In modern western economics,there are three foms of income distribution justice theories.They are utilitarianism,the classical liberalism and Rawlsianism.These three theories are based on different philosophic thoughts and used to analyze and understand the essence of income distribution justice from different angles.Utilitarianism concentrates on the distribution result with strong egalitarian characteristics.The classical liberalists pay attention to the starting point of distributing and consider the essence of income distribution justice as both the equality before the law and the justice of getting the chance.Rawlsianism mainly concerns the justice of result without neglecting the justice of the starting point. |
