新自由主义全球化的意识形态分析

新自由主义自20世纪70年代末以来不仅在学术界呼风唤雨,成为统治性学说,而且在政治、经济和文化等领域独领风骚。"华盛顿共识"出笼之后,新自由主义脱去历史上的"坚船利炮"外壳,穿上"全球化"的彩衣,充分运用它强大的宣传攻势,并炮制了一整套"全球化"的新话语。由于新自由主义的理论创新和向全球化话语的主动靠拢,使其夺得了全球化的话语霸权。新自由主义假自由市场之名主导了当代全球化的发展进程,其改革政策在世界的推行,导致了一系列社会问题的出现,使全球化蒙上了浓厚的意识形态色彩。

Analysis of New-liberalism Globalization Ideology

Since the end of the 1970s,neo-liberalism has surely become the dominant theory,not only in academic circles,but also in the political,economic and other fields.After the "Washington consensus" appeared,neo-liberalism shed its' "gunboats" shell of the history,put on the colorful clothing of "globalization",and made full use of its powerful propaganda offensive with a set of new discourse of "globalization".But because of the neo-liberal innovation and moving closer to the globalization discourse initiatively,the neo-liberalism has won the globalization discourse hegemony under the profound changes of the world situation.Therefore,neo-liberalism has led the development of contemporary globalization process by taking the name of free market,thus introducing the reform policies in the whole world and leading to a series of social problems and coating the globalization with a strong ideological flavor.
