| 摘 要： | 我国电信行业的垄断是由于存在制度性进入壁垒而形成的人为垄断.这种制度性进入壁垒在经济全球化、全球电信趋势一体化的今天,将成为电信企业参与全球市场竞争的桎梏.因此,中国电信业要走向竞争,首先必须破除制度性进入壁垒.

Therefore, to improve the international status of China telecommunication industry, the first thing is to explode the system bulwark of China telecommunication. |
