| 摘 要： | 从历史和现状两方面来考察,现行国际货币制度已不适应WTO体制所确立的国际经贸关系的发展,必须对其进行改革和重建.以欧洲货币联盟的成功经验为借鉴,从区域联合着手,逐步向全球范围推进,最终建立新的世界中央银行,发行世界统一货币,是未来国际货币制度重建的目标,也是中国最根本的应对之策.
