| 摘 要： | 建立健全的公司财务治理结构,是提高公司财务决策效率、提升企业生产经营效率的重要手段。本文分析了我国财务治理中的现存问题,从财务主体的界定、公司激励与约束制度的建立、分层财务决策机制的建立等多个角度提出了完善财务治理的途径。
