| 摘 要： | 大学生择业价值观是其在成长过程中形成的关于职业选择的一些比较稳定的认识、评价、态度和心理倾向。择业价值观科学评判的三条基本原则,即社会性原则、适应性原则和发展性原则。透过三种择业心理误区揭示了部分大学生择业价值观的偏差。并且提出了大学生择业价值观教育的三项策略,即加强大学生择业价值观教育要以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,加强大学生人生观、荣辱观、人才观、自我实现观教育,夯实择业价值观教育基础;以大学生择业心理引导为切入点,开展择业动机引导和择业心理调适,丰富择业价值观教育载体;以全程化择业价值观教育为总体思路,实施多向、导向、定向、去向教育,完善择业价值观教育模式。
