在人类学与历史学之间——以瞿同祖为中心的阅读史个案:1934—1965

在向功能派人类学学习的过程中,"吴文藻学派"经历了逐渐将历史扔进"垃圾箱"的过程,并由此影响了他们的写作。因此,仅以功能主义的标准来衡量、评价他们的学术成就可能并不妥当。瞿同祖最著名的作品《中国法律与中国社会》就是在此过程中被"生产"出来的。寻求历史学与人类学的结合,也是此书最大的贡献。形成反差的是,当学界视他为历史学家的时候,他却变成了完全的功能主义拥护者。

Between the Anthropology and the History: a Case of the History of Reading from Qu Tongzu During 1934-1965

Besides functionalism,during the process of learning anthropology,the Wu Wenzao School once paid much attention to the history,but soon gave up,which affected their writing.Therefore,it will be not proper to measure their achievement only by functionalism.So did Qu Tongzu and his book Law and Society in Traditional China.Seeking the combination of the history and the anthropology is the contribution of this book.Unfortunately,he gave up this idea soon because of some external influences.
