摘    要:鉴于前人在知识共享方面有许多的研究,可以看出知识共享在企业发展中发挥着重要作用,如何促进知识的共享,为企业创造更大的价值一直是企业关注的一个重要话题。本文从制度的角度,谈如何利用考核机制来促进知识的共享,希望对企业促进员工贡献知识方面能有所帮助。

Abstract:Since much research has been previously made on knowledge sharing, it can be seen that knowledge sharing plays an important role in the development of enterprise. How to promote knowledge sharing and create more value for an enterprise has long been an important subject that greatly concerns enterprises. From the perspective of system, this paper explains how to use the assessment mechanism to promote knowledge sharing, in the hope of helping enterprises encourage employees to contribute more knowledge.
