文化遗产保护与城市发展——以滇南建水为例

文化遗产是先辈精神与物质财富的创造与遗留,城市发展与文化遗产保护相冲突的事件屡见不鲜,如何实现二者的共赢已为很多学人所热议.文章以滇南古城建水为例,以其近年来文化遗产保护工作中的"得"与"失",对如何处理好文化遗产保护与城市发展的关系作了辨析;最后结合建水当下的城市发展建设,指出只有二者之间的良性互动,方能实现共赢.

Cultural Heritage Protection and City Development--Taking Yunnan Jianshui as an Example

Cultural heritage is the creations and treasures of the past of ancestors'' spiritual and material wealth. The conflicts between city development and cultural heritage protection are commonly occurred. How to realize the win-win between the two have aroused a lot of discussion among scholars. This article, taking Yunnan Jianshui as an example and based on the gain and loss of recent years'' cultural heritage protection work, makes an analysis on how to deal with the relationship between cultural heritage and city development. Based on the city development and construction of Jianshui, this article points out that only city development and cultural heritage protection exist interactive effect can win-win be realized.
