| Abstract: | In this paper,a detailed analysis is made of the necessity of intellectual property protection at colleges and universities and at the same time such strategies are proposed as strict contract review,clear recognition of intellectual property rights,strong awareness of intellectual property,firm managements of intellectual property rights,establishment by law of reasonable sharing mechanism of intellectual property rights and benefits. |
