| 摘 要： | “十五”计划制定了以经济结构调整为主线的战略。我国经济结构不合理的现状,决定了经济结构调整势在必行。新世纪经济结构调整具有良好的历史机遇。从历史上看,新世纪经济结构调整表现出许多新特点。
