论社会资本对经济发展的影响

社会资本通过对人力资本、技术和制度的影响作用于一国的经济发展。社会资本对人力资本投资政策既具有扩散和强化机制,又具有“摈弃”功能;社区和家庭的社会资本对人力资本投资的作用,在某种意义上是难以替代的;我国企业家群体的区域性分布说明了社会资本对其生成的重要影响,以及欠发达地区由“内部人”推动的企业家创新的重要性。技术创新受到社会资本的影响;发展中国家在引进技术时,要考虑与本国社会资本的匹配性。制度变迁表明,当新的制度与社会资本的一致性较高时,制度变迁的成本低,成功性高,制度有效率。

On Social Capital's Influence upon Economic Development

Social capital influences economic development by influencing human capital,technology and institution.At first,social capital can spread or strengthen human capital investment policies and abandon some policies.At the same time,social capital in community and family has a special influence on human capital,which is difficult to be substituted in an extent.Meanwhile,the entrepreneurs' different region distribution shows that given the same institution background,social capital plays an important role in the creating of entrepreneurs,which lets us know the importance of innovation pushed by inner members of the backward.Secondly,social capital can influence technology innovation.When they import new technology,developing countries must make sure it can be matched their social capital.At last,when we analyze institute change,we will find that when new institution has a high consistency with social capital,cost for institution change is low and more possibility to be successful,so the new institution is efficiency.
