| 摘 要： | 非政府组织在构建和谐社会过程中具有优化结构、创新组织和整合社会的功能,是推动政府 职能转变、促进公民社会成长、整合社会利益冲突、维护社会稳定、实现社会相对和谐的有 效机制与必要条件。但是,中国的非政府组织还面临诸多发展困境,需要探索科学合理的发 展策略。

| Abstract: | Non-governmental Organizations have functions of improving structure,innovating organizations and integrating society to harmonious society.Being effective mechanism and indispensable prerequisite,Non-governmental Organizations can promote the transformation of government obligation and facilitate the maturity of civil society.However,Non-governmental organizations in China are confronted with some development predicament,which urges us to seek scientific and reasonable development strategies. |
