人口老龄化、经济发展与老年社会福利设施建设——以南京市为例

利用2000年第五次人口普查及相关资料,分析南京市人口老龄化现状与发展趋势及其对经济发展的影响;老年社会福利设施建设现状及其存在的问题。建立了老年社会福利设施需求预测模型,并对未来养老机构床位需求规模进行了预测,并对如何加强老年社会福利设施建设提出了一些对策建议。

Population Aging,Economic Development and Social Welfare Facilities Construction for the Old People--Taking Nanjing as an Example

Using the data of the Fifth Census in 2000 and the relevant materials, the current paper analyzes the current situation and the development trend of the senility in Nanjing city and their impact on the economic development and the current situation of the welfarism construction for the old people and the existing problems. Using the social welfare facilities requirement forecasting model, the current paper predicted the scale of the need for the berth in the parents-supporting organizations, and proposed some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the social welfare facilities for the old people.
