| Abstract: | As a kind of Knowledge Innovation Organization, industrial design companies bear much complexity in their management. By applying the knowledge management methods, this paper analyzes the current problems existing in the management of industrial design companies and suggests the corresponding improvement measures. It is concluded that an industrial design company should be reformed into a learning organization. |
