产业价值链式集群的技术学习研究

产业价值链式集群是针对产业集群联结模式而言的最为常见的一种产业集群,其技术学习的系统性研究对提升产业集群的竞争优势具有重要的理论和现实意义。产业价值链式集群内部的竞争子群、供应商子群、客户子群以及公共机构子群等四个子群是集群内主要的知识来源。从纵向和横向两个维度分析了集群的技术学习过程和潜在的问题,针对各种问题,提出了“构建技术协会网络”和“培育知识密集型服务业”的学习策略,以期提升产业价值链式集群的整体学习绩效。

Research on Technology Learning of Industrial Value Chain Cluster

Industrial value chain cluster is a most common industrial cluster in view of the model to associate companies with each other.The systematic research on technology learning is therefore of significance both theoretically and practically to upgrading the competitiveness of such clusters.Four subclusters form the main knowledge sources,i.e.,the competitors,suppliers,clients and public institutions for an industrial value chain cluster.The technology learning process and potential problems were analyzed transversely and longitudinally.To solve the problems,two learning strategies named "building techno-association network" and "fostering KIBS" are put forward with the intention of improving the whole learning performance of industrial value chain clusters.
