The Enrichment and Development of Chinese Communists' Moral Consciousness about Serving the People

＂Serving the people＂,as the core of the building of civic morality,is the significant symbol which makes socialist morality different from and superior to other social morality.Serving the people wholeheartedly,as the starting point of everything and the basic norms of socialist morality for Communist Party of China,is the objective requirement of histori-cal development.Attaching importance to the moral consciousness of serving the people is the same strain of thought advan-cing with the times and observed by Chinese communists with Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,and Hu Jintao as the representatives.With the continuous advancement of society,Chinese communists not only develop this moral conscious-ness of serving the people,but also give it a new meaning.
