试论唐代京兆府的司法权

唐代的京兆府既是一级行政单位 ,又是中央政府机关的所在地 ,因而有着重要而特殊的地位。其司法权也体现了与这一重要而特殊的地位相一致的特点 ,具体表现为京兆府对所辖境内的司法有相对的独立性 ,有时还可代替中央司法机关行使部分权力

On the Judicial Powers of the Prefecture of Jingzhao in the Tang Dynasty

The prefecture of Jingzhao in the Tang Dynasty was not only an admimstrative unit,but also the location of central government organizations,it thus had the important and special status which reflected in its judicial powers.The relative independence of the judicial affairs of the prefecture of Jingzhao to those of the area under its jurisdiction and the performance of the partial functions and powers for the central judicial organizations are the concrete manifestations.
