| 摘 要： | 在过去的关于企业多元化的研究中,大多研究者没有关注国家环境或者区域环境对于企业多元化的影响。本研究采取数理统计方法,根据理论建立假设模型,并对之进行检验,旨在探索多元化战略与企业绩效在不同国家环境下是否存在显著关系。研究结论认为,环境因素既是企业实施多元化战略的极其重要的影响因素,又是影响多元化战略绩效的关键因子。
