| 摘 要： | 过栏与栏间跑相结合的技术是跨栏跑项目中一项十分重要环节，掌握好过栏技术与栏间跑相结合的技术可以使学生可以在学习过程中降低技术难度，抓住重点技术的练习提高学生的运动水平；通过对过栏技术和栏间跑技术的学习使学生更清楚的了解过栏与栏间跑相结合的技术的基本动作要领和训练的方法，将二者结合起来进行教学与训练就可以让学生很好的掌握过栏与栏间跑技术。

| Abstract: | Combining hurdling and running between the hurdles is an important skill in the hurdle race. The students can lower technical difficulty and improve sports level by grasping the skill well. They can learn some basic skill points and training ways about the skill and combine hurdling and running between the hurdles in their trainning and study. |
