| 摘 要： | 中国共产党第十六次全国代表大会提出了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标。这一奋斗目标的提出向我国高等教育发展提出了新的要求。其中 ,发展高水平研究型大学和职业型高等教育是两个重要方面。为此 ,我国当前必须加快高等教育改革步伐 ,完善整个高等教育体系 ,使高等教育能够担负起推动“全面建设小康社会”奋斗目标实现的伟大历史使命。

| Abstract: | The Sixteenth Party Congress puts forward the objective of building a well-off society in all-around way, which calls for a new demand for better development of higher education. To develop high-level research-centred and vocation-centred higher education are two important aspects. Therefore we must quicken the reform of higher education and perfect the whole system of higher education, to assure that higher education can take on the great historic mission to promote the realization of building a well-off society in all-round way. |
