| 摘 要： | 文章认为,发展农村特色经济并实现产业化,是民族地区新农村建设的重要途径,湘鄂西民族地区丰富的自然、人文资源,为发展当地特色经济提供了良好的条件;重点论述了特色经济带动了湘鄂西农村地方资源的开发和利用,促进了湘鄂西地区农民的增收致富,推动了湘鄂西地区农村经济社会的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Developing and industrializing economy with local features is an important means to build new rural areas and the natural and human resources in western Hubei and Hunan are the favourable conditions to develop economy with features.This paper expounds that economy with local features gives impetus to exploit and utilize local resources in western Hubei and Hunan and helps peasants in theses areas become wealthy so as to push forward social and economical development of rural areas in western Hubei and Hunan. |
